RIZO LLC and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for technical failures, network congestion, or other conditions that may prevent message delivery.

7. Age Restriction

Our services and SMS messaging are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. By using our website or opting in to receive messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from or send messages to individuals under the age of 18.

8. No Earnings Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific financial results or client acquisition outcomes. Results vary based on individual business circumstances, market conditions, and implementation.

9. Payment Terms

Fees, retainers, and payment schedules are defined in individual client agreements. Nonpayment may result in service suspension or termination.

10. Intellectual Property

All systems, workflows, automations, templates, and materials developed by RIZO LLC remain the intellectual property of the Company unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

11. Limitation of Liability

RIZO LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, website, or SMS communications. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

12. Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for outages, downtime, or policy changes from third-party software providers including but not limited to CRM platforms, advertising networks, SMS providers, and payment processors.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend services for nonpayment, abuse, or agreement violations. Either party may terminate the service relationship as outlined in the applicable client agreement.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.

15. Privacy Policy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information including mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data.

16. Changes to Terms
